Kyumonryu (Shi Jin in Chinese) is basically one of the 108 brigands / 108 Stars of Destiny from the Chinese novel Suikoden (Au bord de l'eau / Water Margin). Tattooed with 9 dragons, he fights with a stick and becomes one of the favorite characters of the Japanese public, through his representations in prints (Ukiyo-e) and kabuki.
